Check In 2 Scrapbookit

Hello All,

It is Mel here again with another post for this month.
I have been just in awe of some of the gorgeous creations this month. Well done to the DT on the layouts and cards created.

I am starting to get a little excited....our retreat is in 26 sleeps. It is like being a child at Christmas all over again...am soooo looking forward to it.

Ok, back to why I am really here.
I have been lucky enough to create with the Kaisercraft range 'Check In'
As I said in my last post it has been a wonderful prod for me to at least do some of my travel photos from our family holiday to Singapore and Thailand.
This layout is of my little man....4 years old at the time....who took to the whole overseas travel experience like a duck to water.
These photos were taken at Singapore Airport on our way from Singapore to Phuket.

I was inspired last month by Rebecca's cutting around subjects in photos....which I did years ago and had forgotten about....Thanks Rebecca for reminding me. I just love the effect it has given in this layout.
Here is my layout...

Here is a close up of the tag...I have also journalled on the back of it.

I have also used this paper collection to create some tags.
All products used can be found at Scrapbookit.
Pop on over to see Jo in store or head over to the online store to get your hands on the products. They are very versatile and lots of fun to create with.

Well, I hope that this week is a good one for you.
Don't forget that the challenge is running until the 14th so you still have HEAPS of time to get your entries in.

Happy Scrapping,
