Happy Sunday Everyone!
Welcome to my final post for March!
Haven't we seen some fantastic inspiration by the Scrapbookit Team this month?
There is still another 5 days to get your entry in for this month's challenge for your chance to win a Scrapbookit voucher. You can find the requirements for the challenge on the right hand side of the blog.
I have created another layout using the challenge requirements called 'Star of the Circuit'
I have used the Photoplay paper collection 'Freestyle' for this layout which I sprayed with Colour Blast Colour Spray 'Saffron' and then painted some red paint to highlight the space where I had planned to place the photos.
I used the Indigo Blu 'Ledger Background' stamp with black ink. I added a small amount or orange paint in thin lines to the background as well. I also splattered some white paint too.
I used the Designer Template - Grunge and some Colour Blast Paste - Dusty Charcoal to add some texture to the background.
I have used some of the My Minds Eye - Chalk Studio II Decorative Frames as 'tyre' embellishments for the layout.
I have also embellished with stickers from the Photoplay Freestyle collection.
I have finished off with the Kaisercraft Alpha Stickers - Empire Collection for the title 'Star of the Circuit'
This month I enjoyed creating with the Photoplay 'Freestyle' collection, so much so I have created another layout using it.
Here it is...
I have again used some red paint in the background and have also used some Dusty Charcoal Colour Blast Paste.
I added some thin lines of Colour Blast Artist Ink in both Soot and Sunburnt to the background. I also added some white paint splatters.
I added some Dusty Attic Mini Cogs to the layout which I coloured with the Colour Blast Artist Ink in Soot.
I used the Ranger Dylusions White Linen Paint Pen for my journalling and doodling around the papers.
I love the very cool sticker elements and the postcard size elements in the Photoplay 'Freestyle' collection.
I have used the Kaisercraft - Tiny Alpha Stickers and the Cosmo Cricket - Tiny Type stickers to add words and part of the title to the layout.
This month I have also used this paper collection to make 3 cards - Sk8r; #You Rock and Brother.
I love how they have turned out...
The first two cards I have used the Photoplay paper collection 'Freestyle' however the Brother card I have used both the Photoplay 'Freestyle' and the 'This Guy' paper collections.
All of these products can be found in store or online at Scrapbookit.
Well, I hope that you have seen something today that gives you the inspiration to join our challenge this month. Remember, only 5 days to go.
I look forward to seeing your marvellous entires!
Happy crafting,
Melx
