Kaisercraft Bus Album

Hi! It's Mel here.
Have you seen the Kaisercraft Bus Album? I was lucky enough to receive it in my very first pack from Jo at Scrapbookit. I have finally finished it and have to say that I just loved doing it and am rather chuffed with the results.
I used the Kaisercraft Class of '87 paper collection. It is such a gorgeous collection and I just adore the colours. I decided to laminate the letters on the front of the album so that they last longer - hopefully!
I wanted the album to tell the story of Brayden's first day at school last year.
The little boy is paper pieced over the top of a A2Z Scraplet. I had done all sorts of things to the scraplet, trying to incorporate it into layouts and then this album but nothing was right. I decided to paper piece the chipboard and am really happy with the final results.
So if you have a little one starting/started school - child, grandchild, niece, nephew, good friend and you want to find a funky way of recording their first day memories pop on down to Jo at Scrapbookit or head over to the online store by clicking here and get yourself one of these bus albums.......and while you are there why not grab some of the Class of '87 collection to go with it.
Thanks for looking
