Hello everyone. I'm back, some days it feels like just
and others are great. I would like to thank Jo for covering
for me while I was in hospital. I'm so glad it wasn't next
month because there is no way I was missing the retreat.
Anyway.... since I have come home I have had limited time
that I have been allowed to spend at my scrap desk. I must
admit though that I was here more than I was meant too be.
I have created some cards and a tag to show you the different
things that can be done with the awesome Graphic 45
Bohemian Bazaar Collection.
I love to fussy cut and I do it every opportunity I get. By
now you would have guessed that from my work. I love to
get as much out of my papers as I can. On the Kaiser card
stock I used a Kaiser stamp (Crackle) to get the little spots.
I just used a small part of the stamp. The Tag and the ornate
top were cut from my dies. The rose buds are Kaiser and the
rest including the leaves are cut from the Graphic 45 papers.
This is the first card I made and it is all Grafic 45 except
for the yellow card stock which is Kaiser Craft. The doily
is from my die range with some inking around the edges
and everything else is fussy cut from the Bohemian Bazaar
papers. I have added Kaiser pearls in the center off the
flowers and also on the corners of my love tag.
This card I enjoyed making. Once again I have done my
fussy cutting and the flowers in the bottom left I have used
dimension tabs on. The wording was cut from my dies and
I used Kaiser letters from my very old stock. The guitar is
a Kaiser chippie and everything you can get from the
Scrapbookit Store at the top of the blog. Remember though
if you don't see it, just email Jo. If she has run out of stock
she will get it for you super fast.
On the guitar I used modelling paste. I applied it with my
finger, making sure it was not smooth. Once completely dry
I then used a makeup sponge to apply Tim Holtz Distress Ink.
The colors I used were Fired Brick, Peacock Feathers and
Mustard Seed. These three colors are very bright and go so
well the paper range. The closeup below is to help give a better
idea of how I achieved this look.

This card was made from Kaiser Card stock and of course
Graphic 45 Bohemian Bazaar range. The branch and bird
were from my dies. The branch I inked with Kaiser Black
and the bird was from the Graphic 45 papers with a little
inking. I fussy cut the crosses and punched the patterned
paper. The verse was from Kaiser Craft and I placed a piece
of ribbon to brake between the papers and crosses.
I hope you have enjoyed my latest creations. I would normaly
do a LO but I wanted to show how versatile this paper range is.
Please don't forget to check out the Scrapbookit Store. Jo has so
much too choose from. Join in the challenge this month which
Mel set and I must say was lots off fun. If you are the lucky
winner there will be an awesome prize and we all love them.
To those going to the retreat....Happy dance ladies as we are so
close now.I can't wait and I'm looking forward to the workshops
and meeting each off you that are going.
Happy Crafting Hugs
