Family

Hello everyone, Brenda here again with my latest LO to
share with you for the challenge Cindy has set for this month.

I was one lucky DT to get an awesome kit and embellishments
from Jo to work with again. Hopefuly what I have done along
with the other DT girls will inspire you and I look forward to
seeing your creations in this months challenge. You have to be
in it to win it and Jo gives an awesome prize to the lucky winner.

There was plenty of inspiration to get from this mood board
and you were also required to use a stencil so don't forget it :)
Below is what I come up with.

Ok now before you say where is Brenda's stencil - I did use one
and I will show you the close up for it before I get into the other
closeups and details.

Yes that's my stencil. Tinny little dots. The stencil is a 6x6 TCW
- Our Town. It is a great stencil as it also has little houses, picket
fence, lines and a heart on it. Very versitle.

The wonderful kit i got to use is by Echo Park. They have some very
beautiful kits and Jo has them, yippee. This kit along with most of these
comes with (12) 12x12 patterned double sided papers, 12x12 alphabet
sticker sheet which also has elements and a 12x12 elements sticker sheet.
If you are not one for adding bits and pieces like I do then these kits will
have everything you need to make a beautiful layout.

The wooden bike embellishment is by Kaisercraft and Jo has a huge
huge range of Kaisercraft products in store and can have them to you
in no time. Like I alway try to remind you .... An awesome way to shop
and then you have the little walk to the mail. I love it.

The ink I used on the edges of my papers is a Distress Ink - Fired Brick.
I also used it on the background along with Kaisercrafts - Lagoon. The
stamp on the background is Kaisercrafts - Arty with Distress inks - Black
Soot and Faded Jeans.

The flowers are Manor House and Jo has an awesome range of flowers
and I love doing LO's where I can use flowers. Behind them I used some
gaze and I colored it with the Distress Ink - Fired Brick. The distress inks
have many uses. I also added just a little silky metallic cotton with the gaze.
The cute little red brad hearts were just right for this LO of my Mum and
and Dad. They have been married 53 years and still as inseparable as the
day they married.

Well that's it for me lady's, so until my next post happy crafting and please
don' t forget the following - Shopping through the Scrapbookit Store makes
life easy and simple as Jo does all the hard work while you get to have all
the fun (Sorry Jo but I love it, it's way easy). Also remember that everything
we use Jo has and if you can't see it just ask her, again she does all the work
and finds it then gets it to you (Hehe, again sorry Jo). All you have to do is
click on the store link above my post.

Oppps....... Don't forget the retreat.  There will be something special for me
happening at retreat this time which Jo and I will let you know about soon.
Something I hope you will be able to join me in. So please if you haven't already
booked your place don't miss out, email or call Jo. You will have a wonderful
time in a beautiful setting at Harrietville from October 24th- 26th.

Hugs all and Happy Crafting
Brenda
