'I adore u' - June Challenge

Hi everyone! Ruby here with my take on the awesome sketch this month! Here's a link to the original post- just follow the sketch and the theme, which is MOTHERS.
For my layout, I focused on my Mum in the journaling, but used a photo of both my Mum and Dad in the layout. I used Heidi Swap's 'Serendipity' paper collection, alphabets and embellishments on this page. What a gorgeous, soft paper range!
I was very much inspired by this layout by Brenda, with her lovely hidden journaling.. so I decided to do the same on my page!
And on the title, I decided to do some shadowing with a white gel pen to add some dimension and to make the title 'pop' a bit more.
I, as usual, used white paint and swiped it around the cardstock with an old membership card, dabbing it along the edges sporadically as well.
Good luck with your pages! I hope you're bursting with inspiration! If not, scroll through the blog, I'm certain you'll be inspired by the talented ladies on the DT :)
I hope you are well,
Ruby xx
