November Challenge

Good Morning everyone,

Well what a hectic month we have just had, but now it's November and we are heading into a new challenge, a New design team and lots of new inspiration for you to get that mojo flowing.

This months challenge is a recipe challenge which I think is always fun because you can interpret it in your own style, so here we go:
You need to include on your project

  • 5 Pieces of patterned paper ( any size)
  • 4 Embellishments
  • 3 Word  title
  • 2 photo's (any size)
  • 1 mask/stencil (as many times as you like)

I have been playing with the new 'Kaisercraft' Tea Break range which has been released this month. It is such a feminine range with lots of florals and quotes. I have also used the 6x6 'Doily' mask from Kaisercraft which I sprayed with the new 'Colour Shine' Blush, The  embellishment's are endless with collectables, and sticker sheets.  I have used wood veneers from 'WOW' to create my title, and also some 'Prima' veneers. You can't have a girly page without bling so I added the flower and bling from 'Bella'. The photos of my beautiful granddaughter suited perfectly.

Now I'm sure you have read that we had a fantastic retreat last weekend and that 'Melissa Kennedy' came and taught a class on saturday, well I thought I would share the two layouts that we created from the kit that Melissa put together. Using the 'Hidden Treasures' range mainly with a bit of 'Base Coat 111'  as well I scrapped my two beautiful daughters.

If you would like to create these layouts for yourself I have a limited number of kits left and they are available now, just send me an e-mail and I can send them out.

All entries to our challenge can be e-mailed to me at joanne@scrapbookit.com.au and will be placed in the gallery at Scrapbookit. Entries close on November 30th.

Please drop on by regularly to see what our team has to inspire you and to meet our new member.

Happy Scrapping
