A Touch of Gold

Good Morning

and welcome back to Scrapbookit. Today I'm back to share some projects I have done with this month's release from Kaisercraft 'A Touch of Gold'.  I just love this photo of my daughter and wanted to make the photo the feature so for me it is a simple layout but with the shimmer of gold it has the classy look I was after.

Here is a close up of the cluster using the Swirl flourish die cut, Ribtex 'Blossoms' and some D'lish resin flowers and key.

Here is a set of three cards I made using the small paper pad and some embellishments I punched using the new 'Teresa Collins' punches from Fiskars (all available to order).

As Mel showed in her  last post when we attended the Retailers day at Kaisercraft. We were lucky enough to have Melissa Kennedy teach us a class using the new 'Time machine' range. I thought I would share my finished pages. This range is so perfect for all masculine photos but I'm sure it has many other uses.

I hope I have inspired to get your stash out and start putting those memories together, enjoy the sunshine and I look forward to seeing your creations up in our gallery. You could be in the running for a prize pack, entries for the challenge close August 30th.

Happy Scrapping

Card #4 by Mel

Welcome to Friday!
The final day of the week and the last of my four cards for this week.
As I said yesterday, this collection gives so many options for different colour projects.
Today, I have combined the sepias and the pinks to make this card titled...

'Be Your Own Kind of Beautiful'

I just love that quote...Be Your Own Kind of Beautiful!

Today I used a Natural Kaisercard and Envelope, patterned paper from the Bo Bunny Madeleine collection, Kaisercard ' Ballet', Combo Stickers and a Fiskars edge punch.

I have fussy cut the roses along the bottom edge from a piece of the patterned paper.

Well, that is it! 4 Cards in 4 Days.
I hope you have enjoyed receiving a new card each day because I have loved sharing them with you.

Please don't forget to get your entries in for our January Challenge...you have until the 30th!

And, finally our Autumn Retreat! To be held in March (13-15th) in Harrietville. We would love you to come along and join in the fun!
Make sure you pop back in over the next few days and weeks to see what the rest of the lovely Design Team have come up with for Tic Tac Toe January Challenge.

Have a safe and restful weekend and make sure you get some crafting in, even just a quick card from this collection.

I look forward to seeing your creations.
