Building Memories

Afternoon or should I say evening everyone. I'm here again
to bring to you my second post for the month. Yes I'm late
again. Bad me. I had very little sleep last night with a sick
son. It was off to the doctors this morning then home to bed
for both of us. Thank goodness Jo is so wonderful and I'm not
getting s smack lol.

Now for my LO and it has the three most important people in
my life in it. My two beautiful son's Riley and Harley along
with my mother, Helen.

Again I have used the beautiful Limelight Collection by Kaiser
Craft. They are such nice patterned paper and I also added the
Collectables to the LO.

I just love Harley's smile in this photo. I guess we have all been
through the "Smile" OH why did I say that faze.

This LO has no fussy cutting, unusual for me I know but I decided
I would show how you can do a cost effective LO and if you are not
one to fussy cut that the Kaiser range has everything you could need
and not have to fussy cut.

The chippie is from WOW and I have used a Kaiser brown and white
ink on it. A piece of string through one of the tags. Distressing of the
patterned papers and a white pen to journal. Kaiser tinny letters and
the page is done.  Cost effective and no fussy cutting.

The one thing that I love about visiting the Scrapbookit store is
no matter what my budget there is always a range I can get at a
great price that I can make a wonderful layout with. Always take
a look in the store at the different ranges as there are so many that
are available. This is just one of them. We all show case a different
one for you each but there are many more.

Well that's it for me this month. It is time to check tea, then dishes and
pack. Yes PACK, 4 (only 4) sleeps and those of us who were able to
make it will be at the Scrapbookit Retreat. How exciting it is going to
be again. I cant wait. What do I take?? NOT MUCH, hehehe. That is the
one lesson from the last retreat. I wont be taking my scrapbooking room.
Jo has her store there and I never used much I had taken. I got lots of
new things and great bargains.

Hope to see you at retreat. Happy crafting
Hugs Brenda
